The wood has a really smooth finish with no splinters, and my daughter seems to like how the little bird feels on her gums. I had it personalized with her name and it turned out so cute that it's staying on the shelf as a keepsake once she's done teething.
My 6-month-old gnaws on the wings constantly and the wood has stayed smooth with no splintering. I had her name etched on it and now it's her favorite thing to hold.
The little bird shape is so charming, and the wood feels smooth and well-sanded—no rough edges for tender gums. I also love that it came personalized; it makes it feel extra special for our baby’s first toy.
