My kids fight over who gets to flip the block each morning, which I didn't expect. The "sleeps" option is genius for little ones who don't get the calendar yet.
The wood blocks have held up great even with my toddler tossing them around, and the paint hasn't chipped at all. I love that they count down to birthdays and summer too, not just Christmas, so they stay out on the shelf year-round.
Every morning my kids race to flip the numbers to see if it's a "sleep" or a "day" left until the big one. The blocks are solid and stand up nicely on the shelf, and I love that we can reuse them for birthdays and summer too.
